Greetings all,

This is my first year teaching at Lake Harriet UM Preschool, but certainly not my first year as an educator. I have a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa in Social Science Education with a minor in Language Arts Education. My career began with three years of teaching middle school and I’ve worked with every age down to infants through my time working in preschool and elementary schools. This will be my 10th year of educating in some capacity. I live in the Hiawatha neighborhood of South Minneapolis and spend a lot of time outdoors, relaxing with a good book in my hammock, loving on my two cats and mini dachshund, and delving into local history.
